How do share options work at Good-Loop?

Norman Thompson, our brilliant CFO, is the person to speak to about shares, but we’ve summarised it in a nutshell below.

What is a share option?

A share makes you part owner of a company.

If the company is sold, the money is paid out to the shareholders.

There are lots of shares - the more you hold, the better.

A share option is a share that you don’t own yet but you have the right to buy (subject to conditions) at a fixed low price.

When do I get my share options?

Every summer (we aim for June). You’ll be sent a rather formal looking document to sign with all the info.
