We have two career tracks at Good-Loop:

Individual Contributor

“Do I want to build bigger and better systems and processes?”

“Do I want to become a specialist in my role?”

People Leader

“Do I want to manage bigger and better teams?”

“Do I want to focus on hiring, team organisation, and helping people develop?”

The framework provides a summary and level of accountability (scope) that a level typically has. It then breaks down expectations per level into 6 competencies:

Knowledge / Impact / Decision making / Collaboration / Communication / Leadership

Your Learning Budget - £1k per year!

You’re great. Don’t forget that. But to be even better, we all need to be looking at how we can grow. We use iHASCO, an e-learning platform for training.

Chances are, you already know what some of your weaknesses are. That’s good. If you find a course/event that you think would be an excellent opportunity for growth, let your manager and the Head of People know. Every member of the team has access to up to £1k per year to spend on their professional development.
