🤸🏼♀️ Put simply, flexible working is a way of working that suits an employee's needs.

We want you to feel happy, comfortable and productive wherever you are working from, but we also think getting together in person is valuable for us to remain connected, both on a work and social level.
Depending on where you are based, there are different hybrid working arrangements in place.
You can also:
- [ ] Speak to your manager about tweaking your working hours. We had to put something in your contract (9.30am - 5.30pm) but if you need to amend those hours, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Ultimately, we value and measure output, not hours of input.
- [ ] Put your lunch break, gym session, medical appointments and school/nursery/vet/doggie day care drops offs/pick ups in your calendar and just go. A life/work balance is key to preventing burn out, maintaining productivity levels and general good health (a priority for us).
- [ ] Fancy working from abroad? That’s fine, but please stick to the 30 days per year limit and follow a simple process (because we have a duty of care wherever you are).
- [ ] Don’t forget to offset the cost of travel to your nearest office using the £50/$50 per month Personal Fund.
